Whilst there are no statutory timescales associated with these procedures (other than those relating to Part 3 processes for adults at risk/children) the process from report to conclusion should be undertaken in a timely manner.

Further Section 5 strategy meetings should be held at regular intervals taking account of any concurrent investigations i.e. Criminal, employment.
Employers should maintain regular communication with the individual and keep them updated.
